Canada is too cold to be multi-cultural. Eventually those long winter nights spent driving through vast expanses of frozen suburb will kill whatever faith anyone brings to this country and they will become just like the rest of us. Deeply depressed, hypocondriacal, television and junk food junkies. Immigrants, in my experience, hardly ever go camping or skiing or for a canoe ride or any of the other things that can help a person to maintain their sanity in the great white north. The fact that the federal and provincial governments give most of the jobs to immigrants just ensures that they will be pacified that much quicker.
