always enjoyed you

I was teaching one of my travel the world and study English classes last night with a tub of cold water, a chair, two snorkels, two masks and a toilet seat. I had one student sitting on the chair and one on the toilet and both of them with their besnorkeled heads submerged in the tub of cold water. The goal was to keep their heads under water for two minutes, which was quite impressive as neither could swim nor had ever worn a snorkel before that day. Anyway, they had their heads under water and all when bob needed to fart. Thinking it would be better to do so in another room he walked into the bedroom and, stubbing his toe on a mirror on the floor, slashed his toe open, cut it all the way through the toenail. Little toe looked like it was cut in half lengthwise. When his students pulled their heads out of their first underwater experience then they were greeted to the sight of a blood gushing toe. This of course sequed quickly into bandage, blood, bleeding, stitches, emergency room etc. Interesting that in the conversation that followed I continued to correct grammar mistakes, correct pronunciation and introduce vocabulary. I've become a teacher and very little else.

Anyway, thanks buttercup, I had no place to put this odd, horribe, vaguely disgusting, little true story and though this probably isn't the place either I hope you enjoyed it a little. I always enjoyed you.
